Angelo
As a child, Angelo was a brave and sweet boy who was very empathetic towards those he was close to. He cared deeply for his family and was devastated when they were murdered. This event traumatized Angelo and forced him into a life of petty crime to survive.
Angelo grew up to be a cold, cynical man who constantly wore a neutral face. His social skills were stunted from growing up alone, and he no longer expressed his emotions freely. That allowed him to be extremely good at manipulating others.
Despite all of these changes, he still viewed his brother Corteo as a family and felt the need to protect him. When the Vanettis began searching for Corteo, Angelo was extremely stressed and worried. After he was forced to kill him, he became even emptier.
Nero
Nero Vanetti is one of the main characters in the anime 91 Days. He is the older brother of Angelo Vanetti and the son of Fango Vanetti. Nero is charismatic and outgoing, sometimes acting without thinking.
He is also very enthusiastic, especially about food and alcohol. Nero cares deeply for his friends and family, and he is said to be well liked by the people of Lawless. He is a poor shooter. After he is forced to kill his younger brother, he became depressed.
Corteo
He’s meek, honest, and intelligent – traits which are not often seen in anime characters, let alone in the mafia. What I find most intriguing about Corteo, however, is his fearfulness.
He’s terrified of the mafia, and yet he still agrees to help Angelo. He’s also afraid of being exposed as a traitor, which causes him to snap and brutally kill Fango. He’s also honest by nature and poor at lying.
Fango
If you’re looking for an anime 91 Days character who is sure to keep you entertained, look no further than Fango. This eccentric individual is always doing something unexpected, and his love of sadomasochism means he’s always up for a good time – no matter who gets hurt in the process.
While Fango may not be the most sympathetic character out there, it’s hard not to be drawn in by his strange antics. He’s always up for a challenge, and his memory is quite impressive – he was able to recognize Angelo and Corteo, two strangers who came to his island seeking help.

Vanno
If you’re looking for a no-nonsense kind of guy, Vanno from 91 Days is your man. He’s headstrong, quick to anger, and fiercely loyal to his friends and Family. And while he may not be as conflicted about murder as his friend Nero, he’s still not someone to be messed with.
Vanno is a skilled cook and often relies on food to help him cope with stress. He also enjoys watching people’s reactions to things. And while he may not be a fan of alcohol himself, he’s not afraid to drink when troubled. But what really sets Vanno apart from the other members of his Family is his religious beliefs.
