The Drifters are a group of historical figures who were plucked from their time periods and placed in a fantasy world where they must fight for survival. The characters are all unique, with different personalities, appearances, backgrounds, and motivations.

Many of the characters are skilled warriors, but they also have relationships with each other that range from friendly to hostile. Which character do you think you are most like?

Shimazu

Toyohisa appears hotheaded and belligerent but possesses intelligence and honor. His disinterest in power often contrasts with the desires of his comrade Oda Nobunaga. Cocky and ruthless to some extent, he’s known for risking everything for the sake of his allies, one time even causing a victorious turn-around during war.

Often seen as unpredictable, his apparent recklessness on the battlefield is both his greatest strength and weakness. He has a strong moral compass when it comes to women. He will not tolerate violence against them, going as far as breaking his own code to punish those who harm them.

Oda Nobunaga

Oda is a cunning and sometimes intimidating middle-aged man with an eyepatch and fangs that appear when enraged. As the strategic brain of the Drifters, his tactical prowess command respect, despite his manipulative tendencies. Notoriously perverted, he pays unwanted attention to Olminu, though there are indications of a deeper passion.

His history as a famous daimyo who conquered most of Japan in the Sengoku period is renowned, particularly his innovative use of arquebuses. Oda’s self-awareness about his shortcomings as a leader only adds another layer to his complex characterization. In this new world, he has only aged six months despite dying twenty years prior in 1582.

Nasu

Yoichi, a tall man with long black hair and a slender, feminine figure, is often mistaken for a woman due to his soft features. He dresses in traditional Japanese samurai attire. As an archer, he is rarely seen without his protective arm gear along with bow and arrow.

Yoichi has a caring personality peppered with streaks of self-doubt and depression, likely stemming from being the youngest of eleven brothers and suffering from PTSD as a result of the Genpei War. His past trauma, particularly those involving the war atrocities committed by his former lord, rears its ugly head in times of crisis causing him to lose self-assurance. Alcohol seems to loosen up this reserved samurai.

Butch

Butch Cassidy, the former leader of the Wild Bunch gang and now a roguish drifter, is known for his scruffy appeal with wild black hair, a tan cloak, and a red cowboy outfit. He possesses a trigger-happy personality and an undeniable lust for adventure.

Butch has an affinity for horses, often handling them during quick escapes. Despite his reckless daredevil demeanor, he has a sharp wit and undeniable charm that remains hidden beneath his contempt for authority.
