Emilia
Emilia is a striking half-elf known for her silver hair, youthful appearance, and unique blue-purple eyes. She has an affinity for selflessness and caring for others. However, she hides her feelings due to an inherent belief of needing to appear strong. After certain turning points in her life, such as the trials of Sanctuary and severing ties with Puck, Emilia grows significantly in character and confidence.
Her goals are shaped by her desire to help her frozen kin back in the Elior forest. This prompts striking a deal with Roswaal L Mathers that involves taking part in the Royal Selection. Thus besides helping unfreeze the elves, she dreams of establishing an equitable kingdom free from prejudice.
Subaru
Subaru is an eccentric but deeply insecure person suffering from an inferiority complex due to living in his father’s shadow. This causes him to constantly strive to be the center of attention, taking increasingly reckless measures that push people away from him even more. His life takes a radical change when he is transported from his local Japanese convenience store into a fantasy world. There, he must face the brutal realities of being helplessly unremarkable and weak.
He naively attempts to play the hero in this new world, clinging to the delusion that he is the protagonist in his own story. However, he faces harsh lessons as he fails repeatedly and painfully learns that things do not happen as per his desire. Subaru eventually confronts his fears and insecurities after reaching breaking point which propels him on a path towards self-improvement.
Ram
Ram, with her distinctive pink hair and dark red eyes, is visually almost indistinguishable from her sister Rem. She is a sardonic maid who hides caring qualities beneath her reserved exterior. But, Ram is loyal to two people above all, Roswaal, and her sister. Once she was the pride of Oni village due to her exceptional talent.
Sadly, she was orphaned and left hornless during a brutal attack by the Witch Cult. She was rescued by Roswaal L Mathers. Due to that, she and Rem are unwaveringly devoted to him. With an innate superiority in all areas before the trauma, she now remains determined yet retains humility.
Rem
Rem has sky-blue hair and light blue eyes. She often hides behind her twin sister’s shadow due to an incident in their past that caused her deep guilt and respect. She carries a polite demeanor but can act impulsively at times. After Subaru saves her, she develops a deep love for him and becomes exceedingly loyal even amidst his self-rejection.
A spell of amnesia has made Rem extremely wary, viewing Subaru as dangerous. This trepidation extends from a traumatic event six years prior where their village was destroyed by the Witch Cult, leaving only Rem and her sister as survivors.

Beatrice
Beatrice is an enchanting young girl possessing large sky-blue eyes decorated with distinct pink butterfly patterns and long hair characterized by frilly twin tails.
