Oikawa

Oikawa is an irresistibly charming yet intimidating volleyball player. With his dark hair and eyes, Oikawa draws attention while wearing his standard aqua and white Aoba Johsai High uniform on the court. Moreover, he often attracts the admiration of female students.

However, this outward charisma conceals a deeply competitive, somewhat envious nature. He is particularly envious of natural talents like Ushijima and Kageyama. While he may showcase a smug facade, he also reveals his caring side towards teammates such as Hinata in Brazil.

Matsukawa

Matsukawa has short, unruly black hair and hooded eyelids. He has a slightly intimidating physicality due to his impressive height. However, beyond the first impressions is an easygoing and good-natured player. He loves good humor and enjoys playfully teasing friends.

His favorite food is cheese-filled hamburger steak. His star sign is Pisces and he has two younger siblings. His jumping reach of 331 cm is one of the highest in the anime. His exquisite jumping ability and power allow him to be a great shotblocker.

Yahaba

Yahaba has light caramel hair and round brown eyes. He carries an innocent demeanor tempered by his stern personality. He is seemingly average in height but stands tall among his Aoba Johsai High School teammates. He wears the uniform with the number six.

While he is a calm and carefree guy at heart, Yahaba turns serious when needed. For instance, when dealing with issues like team indiscipline. His cheerful support for his elder teammates during matches shows his strong spirit despite being a reserve player.

Watari

Watari has grey eyes and the same colored buzz cut. Before becoming a libero, he played as a setter. That experience allows him to perform the cool libero jump set. He enjoys being challenged, as seen by his reaction to Nishinoya repeating this move.

He is supportive and gentle toward his teammates. His attitude tends to change quickly depending on Iwaiyumi’s influence. Watari quickly gets inspired, or overwhelmed by him.

Iwaizumi

Iwaizumi is a dependable and steadfast teammate. He doesn’t hesitate to call out Oikawa’s childishness yet supports him unconditionally. That strikes a balance between strict and caring. He’s garnered respect from his Aoba Johsai team members due to his reliable character and the supportive guidance he gives them.

Despite his intimidating exterior, Iwaizumi has a silly side that loves making fun of Oikawa. His friendship with Oikawa dates back to childhood when their mutual love for volleyball solidified their bond. Witnessing Oikawa’s struggle against rivals only strengthened Iwaizumi’s resolve to support him.
